Sellwood Dormer Addition & Deck
An existing cramped staircase to the basement and second floor was the prompt for the design of this new dormer that incorporates a welcoming new light-filled staircase. The new dormer fits in with the original character of the 1910 house in style and details with exposed rafter tails and custom-built corbels. The new staircase opens up to the now open dining room so that you can now look thru the house from front to back and enjoy the new deck built of Oregon juniper with custom built-in seats.
