Eastmoreland Whole House

This classic Portland Dutch Colonial house in the Eastmoreland neighborhood was in need of major exterior repairs and a reconfiguration of the interior walls to make a more cohesive plan. A poorly built two-story addition off the back of the home was completely removed and rebuilt to create an expansive family room off the remodeled kitchen and a new primary bathroom was added above to make a light-filled primary suite.
