Colonial Heights Second Story Addition & Whole House

For this one-story ranch, built in 1942, we did a full remodel of the first floor interior and added a full second floor to take advantage of the amazing views that were afforded to this house sitting up on a hill. We added a few mid-century modern touches but kept the details, like the cabinetry, classic so it will age as well as the house itself. The second-story porch is off the primary bedroom and allows for a great place for a morning coffee and great views of the west hills.
